From one to one hundred thousand cubic yards of dirt, we have moved mountains over the years. With the use of software and technology such as Agtek for grading models and Topcon for Machine Control, we strive to be on the leading edge of technology. Using GPS technology, we are able to be within one-tenth of final grades leaving you with a well-contoured site.

Auger boring, also known as horizontal or jack & bore, is the most dependable and cost effective way to bore beneath highways, waterways, railroads and other obstacles.

Our Long History
Our story begins in 1966 in the small town of Huntingdon, TN where our company founder Paul Sanders had a dozer and a dream of owning his own construction company. Growing up in rural West Tennnessee, Mr. Sanders was raised with old-fashioned values: Hard work never hurt anyone, don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty, always give an honest day’s work and that a man’s handshake was his word.

Leadership
Collin Miller President
Collin Miller, President, has over 22 years of experience in the construction industry. His strengths include an ability to effectively bid, manage and oversee a wide range of projects including, water and wastewater treatment plants, large diameter pump stations, road bores, subdivisions, general site and earthwork and water, sanitary sewer and storm drain utility installations. He has been a partner of Miller Contractors, Inc. with his father Harold Miller since 1996 and has successfully built the company to a strong and stable business.
Harold Miller
Vice-President
Harold Miller, Vice President, is a 34-year veteran of all facets of the construction industry. He has performed every role as an owner since the company was founded in 1984 including estimator, superintendent and project manager. Harold has recently stepped down as President of Miller Contractors, Inc. His project experience also includes water and wastewater treatment plants, large diameter pump stations, road bores, subdivisions, general site and earthwork and water, sanitary sewer and storm drain utility installations.
Cindy McAlexander Miller, P.E.
Secretary / Treasurer
Cindy McAlexander Miller, P.E., Secretary/ Treasurer, is a civil engineer with over 15 years of experience in the environmental field. She has designed and been project manager on a variety of projects including water and wastewater treatment plants, sewer pump stations, sanitary sewer systems, water distribution systems and subdivisions.
